MeSun Senior Living is a freestanding assisted living community serving a unique Asian population in the north Atlanta suburbs. The community will offer 87 private one-bedroom and studio residences, including a memory care neighborhood for 27 residents. The Community is designed to enable residents to thrive by promoting both personal and community health and well-being, supporting one’s right to live and enjoy as independently as possible. Phase two of the development will include a cluster of single-family-style Cottages and Bungalows.
The building systems will incorporate the latest high-performance Power over Ethernet (PoE) technologies – a technique for delivering DC power to devices over ethernet cabling, eliminating the need for separate power supplies and outlets. These high-performing building technology systems are integrated into every level of resident services, from medical records, resident security, in-room entertainment, and point-of-care solutions.
