The load-bearing metal stud with hollow core plank structure is built over a PT reinforced concrete podium to allow for parking and storage functions below. Designed to match the architecture of the nearby Emory University campus, the building utilizes stucco, synthetic granite stone, and sloped concrete tile roofing.
