Project Overview

From luxury living to exceptional care, Holbrook provides a unique place to call home and is well known across the southeast for their collection of active and assisted-living communities.

Holbrook Decatur, an Atlanta-based active lifestyle community, is a five-story senior living community offering varying levels of care to residents with 96 assisted living, 71 independent living, and 33 memory care units.

The upscale community offers 200 custom-designed residences, with more than 18 individualized floor plans and upgraded options such as custom closets, a fireplace, and a wine chiller. Holbrook Decatur also offers amenities and hospitality services, including air ionization, UV water purification, and access to the Holbrook app for 24/7 updates.  Residents can enjoy numerous community amenities including fitness and therapy pools, an on-site salon, steam rooms, multiple dining rooms, and numerous common living room areas.

The load-bearing metal stud with hollow core plank structure is built over a PT reinforced concrete podium to allow for parking and storage functions below. A courtyard located on top of the podium creates an outdoor space for residents to enjoy. Designed to match the architecture of the nearby Emory University campus, the building utilizes stucco, synthetic granite stone, and sloped concrete tile roofing.

In addition to the Holbrook Communities in Decatur, Acworth and Woodstock, Holbrook owns and operates three Dogwood Forest locations in Acworth, Dunwoody, and Grayson, all offering assisted living and memory care.
